AWARD PROGRAM DETAILS

The award program is for guests staying with us in 2009 at:

• 1409 Brighton at the Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, SC, a 3 bedroom oceanview condo.
• 1406 Royale Palms at the Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, SC, a 2 bedroom condo and/or a one bedroom efficiency with an oceanview.
• 123 Residences at Biltmore in Asheville, NC, a one bedroom condo within walking distance to Biltmore Village and the entrance to the Biltmore Estate.
• 9511 Maison Court, Myrtle Beach, SC, a 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home overlooking the marsh (The Dunes Golf Course is on the other side of the Marsh).

10 Award Credits for each $100 increment of Paid Rental Fees (Excludes Cleaning Fees, Telephone Charges, Pay Per View Charges, Food and Beverage Charges, Damage Charges)

The guest will need to email, thru this site, their name and the number of nights spent at one of the above locations.  I will then send an email requesting additional information, such as:

1. Address
2. Phone Number
3. Proof of Payment

This information will then be matched with the monthly report we receive from the rental agency.  We usually receive this information three weeks following the month being reported.  (ie: We would receive the January Report the fourth week in February)

The Giclees currently offered for this program are shown under "Award Giclees".

10 Award Credits . . . . . . . One 5" x 7" Giclee of "At Rest" (shown above).

30 Award Credits . . . . . . . 8" Tall or Width Giclee, depending on horizontal or vertical nature of painting.

60 Award Credits . . . . . . . 12" Tall or Width Giclee, depending on horizontal or vertical nature of painting.

90 Award Credits . . . . . . . 16" Tall or Width Giclee, depending on horizontal or vertical nature of painting.

This program is being offered as our way of Thanking You for staying at one of the above properties.

NOTE: Award Credits must be used within four months after staying at one of the above locations.
